Tools your staff will actually use

The reason your team has six post-it notes on their monitor is that the official software doesn't fit how they actually work. The fix isn't more training. It's software that learned how the clinic operates before it shipped. We build patient-facing tooling and internal tools the same way — by watching the work, then making the smallest interface that does the job.

Patient-facing

Intake forms, scheduling flows, secure messaging, patient portals, post-visit follow-ups, and bilingual versions of any of the above. Designed for patients who may be using a phone, may be in a hurry, and may not be in their native language. We borrow what works from the consumer apps your patients already use, and drop the parts that don't translate to a healthcare context.

Internal

Dashboards that answer the questions your staff is actually asking. Charting shortcuts for the visit types you do most. Workflow tools for the tasks that currently take six clicks across three tabs. Internal tools should disappear into the background of your day, not require their own training program.

Bilingual & accessibility

Spanish-language versions of patient-facing tooling are usually required, and afterthoughts are obvious — translated literally, untested with native speakers, and clunky. We build bilingual flows that read like they were written in each language, because they were.
